The United States has endorsed a United Nations Small Arms Treaty that threatens the rights of American citizens to own firearms:

It would create an international gun registry, giving Obama and his administration the ability to end private ownership completely

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John R. Bolton says the United Nations "is trying to act as though this is really just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there is no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control."

Larry Bell of Forbes magazine says the treaty targets "our Constitutional right for law-abiding citizens to own and bear arms."

And Bolton warns, "After the treaty is approved and it comes into force, you will find out that it has this implication or that implication and it requires the Congress to adopt some measure that restricts ownership of firearms."

The Treaty would be administered by a United Nations agency called the "Implementation Support Unit." Every country would be required to submit a report to the ISU outlining "all activities undertaken in order to accomplish the implementation of this Treaty, including... domestic laws, regulations and administrative measures."

Barack Obama is no friend of the Second Amendment. He is the most anti-gun President the United States has ever had.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads: "...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

Time is up! U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) has put Attorney General Eric Holder on NOTICE: "Whether you realize yet or not, you own Fast and Furious!"

The blistering assault on Eric Holder on Monday, accused him of being incompetent, untrustworthy and negligent.

So far (and this could change any minute!!), there are THREE Republican House Members who have called for Eric Holder's resignation!

U.S. Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), U.S. Rep. Raul Labrador (R-ID), and U.S. Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-TX) have called for Holder's resignation. In addition, 10 Arizona sheriffs - five Democrats and five Republicans - also want Holder to quit, or be fired!

This is just the very beginning! Ever since emails and memos surfaced last week indicated that Attorney General Eric Holder knew about Fast and Furious as far back as July, 2010.

However, Holder claimed MULTIPLE TIMES during the May 3rd Congressional investigation that he had learned about Operation Fat and Furious "within the last several weeks." An outright, boldface lie!

U.S. Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA), who led the congressional investigation into Operation Fast and Furious with Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), said these new documents prove Holder knew the details of the operation and debunk the DOJ's latest explanation which claimed Holder did know about Fast and Furious, but was unaware of its specific details. Right!

Labrador said Holder's May 3rd testimony was "either UNTRUE or deliberately misleading."

On Wednesday, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) suggested that Obama administration officials responsible for Operation Fast and Furious are "ACCESSORIES TO MURDER!"

U.S. Senator Charles Grassley, who has been investigating Fast and Furious for several months said: "I always tell every agency...that I have been investigating, the longer you stonewall, when the truth comes out, the more egg you are going to have on your face."

The ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee accused Holder of refusing to turn over documents that would show how much he knew about the project that allowed almost 2,000 of assault weapons to fall into the hands of Mexican drug cartels leaders. Once again, Grassley urged Holder to cooperate 100%! However---Grassley asserted: "If he's got any questions about what he meant to say or not say, COOPERATE with our investigation, give us all the documents that we ask for and let those documents speak for themselves."

President Obama, Holder's boss and who possibly even knew about the illegal operation, stuck up for his embattled Attorney General, by saying: "I've been very clear that I've got complete confidence in Attorney General Holder, and how he handles his office has been very aggressive in going after gunrunning and cash transactions that have been going to these transitional drug cartels," he said at a White House news conference on Thursday.

He went on to assert: "He has indicated that he was not aware of what was happening in Fast and Furious. Certainly, I was not. And I think both he and I would have been very unhappy if someone had suggested that guns were allowed to pass through that could have been prevented by the United States of America."

However, it is quite obvious that Eric Holder lied to Congress!!

The communications tell the story of the lies! The only thing that Holder must do is to.....RESIGN!

Newly released documents show that Holder was informed about Fast and Furious in memos from July, 2010, which obviously contradicts his May 3rd testimony before Congress when he explained: "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks." WRONG!

U. S. Senator Grassley said that he personally handed letters to Eric Holder in January, asking for details of the scheme and expected full cooperation. But when he did not receive it he was forced to turn to California Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, for assistance.

Grassley went on to say: "He started digging into it and, boy, has he been a big help. He has subpoena power because he is in the majority in the House of Representatives and what I couldn't get; he subpoenaed and has helped the process along.

"But we have not still had the full cooperation of the Justice Department. The more we investigate the more we know that he knew about it or at least should have known about it!"

We have been warning you for the past several months that Attorney General Eric Holder KNEW all about the Operation Fast and Furious, despite his denials.

The Attorney General committed PERJURY! HOLDER MUST RESIGN!

We are talking about human lives being lost; and the Attorney General trying to cover himself. Mr. Holder---there was NO tracking mechanism on these weapons; and the weapons have been used in more than 200 murders.

In late September, several dozen UN representatives met at the University of Massachusetts in Boston to further discuss their plans for global gun control.

While our President may have a history of being absent for important events -- missing over 300 votes while in the U.S. Senate, dissing important dignitaries who visit our country, etc. -- he was sure to have his administration represented at this meeting.

The final report for the Boston Symposium on the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) is posted online and states that:

"In the end, we seek to achieve an ATT that will establish the highest possible common international standards for the import, export and transfer of conventional arms, including small arms and light weapons, in order to contribute effectively towards peace and stability. This Symposium has brought us one step closer to achieving that goal."

So, they are one step closer to their goal. What are there goals for our firearms?

Apart from using generic phrases like "highest possible common international standards" (aka, gun controls), the gun banners are very careful not to publicly post specific anti-gun proposals that would excite the American public against them. But Paul Gallant and Joanne Eisen, who have attended these UN meetings, spell out what the proposed ATT will really entail.

Writing together with another noted firearms author of the Independence Institute, Dave Kopel, they say that an Arms Trade Treaty would impose:

* Microstamping on firearms, thus increasing the cost of each gun by about $200;

* Registration of all firearms, which is often a prelude to gun confiscation;

* Restrictions on gun sales, especially private transfers (thus, no more gun shows as we know them);

* Embargoes on firearms and materials (such as nickel and tungsten) that would limit access to many of the firearms which are sold in this country.

I'll never submit to any stinkin' gun control laws!

You might think: "I don't care what the UN imposes on us, I will never comply with their gun controls."

Oh really? So, you'll never buy a new gun from a gun dealer? Because if you do -- and that gun has been manufactured according to UN treaty standards -- then the microstamping technology on that gun will cost you a couple hundred dollars extra.

Not only that, the signature impressions that the firing pin leaves on your spent cartridge cases will be registered with the government under your name.

No problem, you say, you're not a criminal -- so who cares if the signature from your firing pin is registered with the government.

Well, do you ever take your guns to a shooting range and leave your spent brass? According to Kopel, criminals could easily implicate innocent gun owners by going to gun ranges, collecting the empty casings and dumping them at crime scenes. Moreover, the common practice of selling or giving away once-fired brass could disappear overnight.

Do you still think that a UN treaty won't affect you? The "master minds" at the UN plan to register every firearms sale that passes through a gun dealer and to cut off (make illegal) any private sale that you might attempt as a means of circumventing their controls.

But we can beat this travesty by electing an Obama-proof Senate this November!

Even if the President signs the Arms Trade Treaty -- and he most certainly will when it's completed -- we can strangle this hideous creature in its cradle if he can't get two-thirds of all the Senators to support him.

The bill was introduced on Feb. 24th and will become public
knowledge 30

The things you should vote no on and preserve your American rights..

Today, the U.S. Senate commences hearings on Justice Sonia Sotomayor,
who was nominated by President Obama to replace the retiring Judge
David Souter on the U.S. Supreme Court.

In many ways, Sotomayor's views are out-of-step with our American
heritage and with the views of Americans in general. For example,
Sotomayor believes that our fundamental law is constantly evolving and
that rights are constantly changing with the times.

But should we be surprised? The President who nominated her holds some
of the most radical views ever held by a resident of the White House.
His take on the Constitution -- and the Second Amendment in particular
-- has stationed him to the far left on the political spectrum.

Consider just a small snapshot of his record over the years:

* As President, Obama has nationalized much of the car and banking
industry and is now looking to do the same with health care. Even the
Marxist President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, joked on live television
last month that he and Fidel Castro need to be careful or else "we
are going to end up to [Obama's] right."

* As a U.S. Senator, Obama was ranked by the National Journal in 2007
as the most liberal legislator in that chamber. Realize that such a
ranking put Obama to the left of 99 other Senators -- including an
open, self-avowed socialist, Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

* Like many socialists, Obama has supported some of the most extreme
positions on gun control: supporting a ban on handguns, opposing the
repeal of the draconian DC gun ban, opposing the right of self-defense
for residents in the Chicago suburbs, and much more.

Obama's brand of far-left politics sees the Constitution as moldable as
a ball of wax. In a 2001 interview, he criticized earlier Supreme
Courts for "never ventur[ing] into the issues of redistribution of
wealth.... It didn't break free from the essential constraints that
were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution."

Sotomayor appears to have the same view of our highest document, as she
stated in 1996 that law is not "static and predictable," but
"constantly overhaul[ed] and adapt[ed] [by lawyers and courts] to
the realities of ever-changing social, industrial and political
conditions."

ACTION: Please urge your two Senators to vote AGAINST the Sotomayor
nomination. Tell them to cast a pro-gun vote on EVERY vote related to
Judge Sonia Sotomayor (whether it's a vote on sustaining a filibuster
or a vote on final passage).

Judge Sonia Sotomayor's views are out-of-step with our American
heritage and with the views of Americans in general. Not surprisingly,
the Rasmussen polling firm reported on July 1 that more Americans
oppose her nomination than support her.

Sotomayor believes that our fundamental law is constantly evolving and
that rights are constantly changing with the times. But a majority of
Americans disagree. Multiple polls have found that almost
three-fourths of all Americans believe that the Second Amendment of the
U.S. Constitution protects the rights of "individuals" to own
guns. Not so for Judge Sotomayor:

* She ruled in United States v. Sanchez-Villar (2004) that "the
right to possess a gun is clearly not a fundamental right."

* And earlier this year, Sotomayor was part of a three-judge panel
which ruled in Maloney v. Cuomo that the Second Amendment does not
apply to the states. This makes her more liberal than the Ninth
Circuit, which stated in the Nordyke case in April that the Second
Amendment does apply to the states.

Please cast a pro-gun vote on EVERY vote related to Judge Sonia
Sotomayor (whether it's a vote on sustaining a filibuster or a vote on
final passage).

The Obama Administration has revealed its intention to
reinstate the so-called "assault" gun ban -- Step One of
their plan to repeal the 2nd Amendment.

Having already taken advantage of our country's current
economic woes to speed the largest, most pork-laden
spending spree in history through the Democrat-controlled
Congress, the Obama team is again using fear tactics to
impose bad policy.

Attorney General Eric Holder announced his desire to once
again deny law abiding Americans their 2nd Amendment rights
, using the ongoing violence in Mexico as justification.

Holder blames the legal availability of semi-automatic
rifles in the United States -- and their subsequent misuse
by foreigners committing crimes outside our borders -- on
our right to own these firearms. The Obama administration's
top law enforcement official then added that a new gun ban
"will have a positive impact in Mexico, at a minimum."

The U.S. Supreme Court reaffirmed the individual's right to
firearm ownership just last year -- but now the Obama
Administration is again after our guns.

We cannot allow the rights of American citizens to be
denied because of the misdeeds of foreigners outside the
United States.

The mainstream media are clearly revealing their biased
support of infringing our right to buy and own firearms. In
an ABC News piece about Holder's gun ban announcement, a
recent State Department travel advisory is referenced which
warns visitors to Mexico of gun battles between government
troops and "cartels employing automatic weapons and
grenades."

American gun owners know that the "assault" gun ban has
nothing to do with these fully-automatic machine guns and
explosives, which are already unavailable to the general
public.

It is clear that the Obama Democrats are looking for any
excuse to once again threaten our freedoms. Their
nanny-state, Big Brother mentality has no place in our
Constitutional Republic. Don`t be fooled we are not the
only country that the bad boys can get automatic weapons
from. I`ll bet most are ak47`s not m16`s
